…a covenant to wellness
In our high pressured and complicated lives so many of us experience work issues, relationship problems, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, or other emotional difficulties. It can feel so exhausting and frustrating feeling trapped and as if you can’t navigate through life on your own.
My name is Lisa Johnson-Holloway, LCSW, University of Connecticut graduate with a Master degree in Social Work and a psychotherapist with many years of experience. I have worked with individuals, families, adolescents and seniors. It is my belief that an interactive empathic relationship is the foundation of effective psychotherapy.
Deep inside individuals have the answers to their own dilemmas, uncertainty, and growth. My job is to facilitate a therapeutic process of discovery which produces unique and life changing forward steps.
